Refund policy

Dead Eye Designs is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are custom-made to order based on the client's specifications. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been produced from an approved mock-up. This includes, but is not limited to, typos or undesired design elements, as well as improper size, fabric, or pattern selection. Requests made in the notes section of online orders and requests made via email, phone, and text, or other forms of communication will be reviewed, however, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that those requests are fully executed on the approved mock-up (s).

We are happy to provide replacements for any manufacturing defects that may occur. However, images from the client clearly showing the defects are required for assessment. The images should be sent to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. If the defects are determined to be a result of a manufacturer error, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to the client.

Clients are asked to carefully review the size charts provided on our website and select sizes based on the measurements indicated on the size chart. We measure all products before shipping to ensure that they match the measurements indicated on the size chart. If there is a discrepancy of more than 1 inch compared to our size chart we will provide a replacement.
