Shipping policy

All orders include shipping in the price of the product. Orders will be shipped from our workshop to our US Forwarding point and then to the client. The lead time — the time it takes for production and delivery to your door — is 21 days for US orders, which begins once mock-ups have been approved and payment has been cleared.

Once the order has been dispatched from our workshop in the Philippines to our US Forwarding point we will provide clients with a tracking number via email, so they can monitor the status of their shipment. The tracking number is for shipment from our US Forwarding Point to the shipping address on the order.

Please note that orders cannot be changed after a mock-up has been approved. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that all details, including sizes, colors, and designs, are correct before approving the mock-up.

Note for International Orders: 

Orders shipped to international destinations will experience extended shipping times due to factors such as the destination's distance and the customs clearance process. The duration of this additional shipping time will vary based on the specific destination and the efficiency of the customs authorities involved.

Import duties, taxes, and any other fees associated with customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the client. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and may be levied upon the arrival of the shipment. The client is responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations and any applicable duties or taxes related to their order.

Please note that we have no control over these import duties or the time it takes for customs clearance. It is advisable for clients to contact their local customs office or consult with relevant authorities to obtain accurate information regarding potential charges and clearance procedures.
